Exception Code Key

• A1: No authorization to match service delivery
• A4: Client is authorized for a different service
• C1: No check-in, but check-out exists
• C2: No check-out, but check-in exists
• F: Weekly hours worked more than hours authorized
• I1: Worker entered is not registered to perform service
• I3: Provider entered is not listed to perform service
• M: Missing data
• R1: Claim rejected by payer
