Morning Star Employees Honored in Tennessee

On Thur., April 24, Morning Star of Tennessee staff including Brandi Osborne, Program Administrator and Nashville-area Supports Brokers Heather Anschuetz, Angel Hill and Jessica Quarles were among those honored in a reception hosted by the Tennessee Department of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (DIDD).

Charles “Theo” Boyd, a young man who elects to self-direct his supports and his mother Regenia, wanted to recognize the case management and supports brokerage staff who went above and beyond to support his independence. TN Rep Brenda Gilmore, DIDD Commissioner Debra Payne and Regional Director Levi Harris distributed proclamations of appreciation to everyone for their selfless service to individuals with disabilities in the Nashville community.
